3 cells above rest on weaker sourcing than the rest of this table, and we would rather flag that than let the checkmarks imply otherwise:

  • Hiver, "Your mailbox stays where it is": taken from the Outlook solutions page; the mailbox-permissions help article was unreachable on 2026-09-09.
  • Hiver, "Full REST API + MCP server": the API half is stated in Hiver's own developer documentation. We found no Hiver page stating an MCP server or connector, so this cell says so rather than claiming one either way — an earlier version of this cell asserted one on the strength of Hiver's privacy policy, which cannot support it.
  • Hiver, "Built for Microsoft 365": Hiver documents a separate Outlook product alongside its Gmail one. We have not verified how its Outlook feature set compares to its Gmail feature set, so the cell states the shape of the offering and not its parity.

When they're the better choice.

If your team lives in Gmail, wants live chat and social in the same queue, or needs deep per-agent workflow tooling today, those products are further along there. inxo is the choice when the inbox is on Microsoft 365, the replies should come from what your business knows, and you'd rather pay for the mailbox than for every person who touches it.
